Are all your products made of real leather?
Yes, we pride ourselves for our leathers. We manufacture our own materials from our Tannery in Meycauayan, Bulacan. This is where our bag factory also is. We source all rawhides locally.
Where can I see you?
Our retail store is located in 2nd Floor, Bldg A, Tiendesitas Frontera Verde Drive. We also join international trade fairs such as the Manila FAME where we meet our export buyers which bring our products to the global market.
You can view our products online also at www.thetannerymanila.com. Follow us on FB and instagram to stay updated.
Do you also do Made-to-Order or Custom Designs?
Yes, depending on the style. We are now, limited to leather choices from our current leather collection, which can be seen from our website. You can get a price quote from us by sending in your design, size specification and leather material of choice to firstname.lastname@example.org but better yet, drop by our Tiendesitas showroom so you can know more about this service.
I saw a design on the site, but it is out of stock, how can I order this?
Contact us to know more about our pre-order service. This means, pay the order now and we delivery within 4 weeks once the item is already reproduced. Let us know the style and color that you like and I can check with production if the material is still available.
How about bulk orders for corporate giveaways?
Yes, what type of wholesale requirement do you need? Is this for re-selling purpose or for corporate gift requirement/ company giveaways? Either way send us an email at email@example.com so we can check your needs and know what we can offer to you.
Do you also offer warranty?
Of course! We value the opinions and concerns of our customers. Once you receive your item, along with it is a warranty card. Just be sure to fill out the information and send this to firstname.lastname@example.org Our products are inclusive of one-year manufacturing warranty, meaning free repair service. If you should ever need to avail of this service, just contact us or drop your bag at our Tiendesitas store.

Shopping online has never been easy. Do it in just 4 steps:
Step 1: Choose an item and add to your cart. Once you are decided on the products you will be purchasing, go the product page, choose the quantity and color from the drop-down menu and click the ADD TO CART button
Step 2: Check your cart and proceed to checkout
Step 3: Sign in to your account or use a guest account. Sign up need only be done once. By providing your information once, you will be able to be updated with our promos and event as well.
Step 4: Enter delivery and payment information
Once you have ordered, your order it will automatically be processed, a confirmation text and/or email from us will be sent within the day or two. For faster response, you may text us right after sending in your order details at 09175964013.
How do I use my discount/promo/voucher code?
Using your code is as easy as 1-2-3!

What is store credit and how do I get it?
You can receive store credits on returns made to Tannery. This credit can be used for future purchases at our store. Please note that store credit is only granted once returned items have been processed by Quality Control who will confirm any proposed fault(s) in items or deem the item to be unworn and in original condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
Tannery accepts: Cash on Delivery for Metro Manila Over the counter payments

Are your pricing inclusive of Tax?
Yes. All published amounts on the website are inclusive of taxes.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Tannery aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Starting 01/01/2014, customers in Metro Manila can now enjoy free shipping on any order of P3000 or more. Customers will pay just P150 for shipping on any order below P3000 (for Metro Manila and Provincial Area).
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a text to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Orders will be delivered through XEND (nationwide) or through our company courier (within M.M. order only) within 2-4 days upon confirmation of payment.
What if I want to return an item?
For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please contact TANNERY’s Customer Service to initiate the return. This is valid for store credit or a product exchange.
Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your return within 5 business days.
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.
